An online craft show that is a curated, Climate- Conscious Maker's Market. This is an incredible opportunity to purchase artwork that is created in the United States using sustainable practices and reclaimed materials. The show can be accessed through the Smithsonian website: www.craftoptimism.si.edu
Proceeds from the show support the Smithsonian's support of education of the arts and fulfillment of grants for climate awareness education.
This amazing show is held each year in the park blocks in the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. It is a juried show and artwork from across the country is on display and for sale for three days. Due to COVID this show was on-line last year. Fingers are crossed that it will be in person for 2021.
A long standing tradition in the town of La Conner, this show takes place in Maple Hall at the end main street in La Conner. An invitational show for the featured artists, this event is not to be missed. COVID forced the show to be cancelled in 2020 but there are high hopes for an in person show in the fall of 2021. As one of the featured artists, I am honored and excited to participate.
I will have guardians on display in a combined show with Modern Quilts. The guardians will be created as collections and displayed in trios with similar colors and designs that are evocative of the fantastic quilts also on display. All work will be available for purchase. The show is curated by The Jansen Art center also know as The J.

Thanks for checking out my website. I am recovering from surgery and have not been able to post new work. If a guardian listing says “out of stock” it is sold. Email me for alternative pieces. Thank you, Mary
